Dylan James Homes is Founded and Operated Dylan J. Boone and performs Design+Build and Luxury Remodel Services.

While Texan by birth, Dylan J. Boone started in the Construction Industry in Georgia in May of 2013 as a project team member to a regional construction ﬁrm as part of a college internship.

He then became a project team member, and site superintendent for a start-up construction company that same year, later working his way up to Project Manager in 2015. During his time at this ﬁrm, he managed a wide range of both residential and commercial renovations and new construction before parting ways in 2017 to become a partner in JM Murray Construction a builder/developer on the East Coast.
While with JM Murray Construction, Dylan helped grow the ﬁrm from a builder/developer on the east coast of Georgia into the regional entity it is today, with JM Murray Construction now operating in GA, TN, and SC. While with JM Murray Construction, Dylan worked on new spec and luxury custom home construction, as well as complex commercial ﬁnish outs (renovations).
In 2018, Dylan founded this company, Dylan James Homes LLC, as a side hustle for small residential remodels while focusing on larger commercial projects with JM Murray Construction.
Since 2018, business has grown from a side hustle, to a full time business.
